How it's Made:

We start with your idea; we bring it to live via the design process. The design is submitted to the customer for approval. Once approved we cut the design on our vinyl cutter separating colors into layers. Each layer is placed onto the substrate and painted separately in order. Once the final layer has been painted, the sign is clear coated and left dry. Once it is dry, we package and ship the new sign to the customer. 

Character:

Each piece of wood used to make this item has its own character, the knots bring out the beautiful nature of the wood and add to this character. No piece of wood stains the same, this makes each piece created unique and individual from another made the same way.

Intended Use:

This custom round wooden sign is intended for indoor use. Even though the sign is protected by polyurethane, it is not safe for outdoor use. Exposing this sign to the outdoor elements can cause adverse effects including but not limited to, warping, separation, and pealing.
