HOW IT’S MADE
Your item starts with a blank pine plank that has been sanded to 400 grit and painted black with UV resistant acrylic paint. It is then laser engraved removing the paint in strategic areas in order to show the intended graphic.Â
COLORS:
This is a laser engraved product which uses a painted pine blank. The paint is then removed by means of laser engraving leaving the design with a wooden look due to the bare wood showing through the remainder of the paint. The color of the paint may appear different on various screens due to the technique's screens used during color calibration. Each piece of wood is different and will contain knots and other imperfections.Â
HOW IT’S PACKED
We do our due diligence to make certain that each engraved flag processed makes it to its new home in the same condition that it left in. As such, we make certain that your engraved flag is packaged in such a way that it does not rattle around within the package, this could inadvertently cause damage. Smaller orders may ship via a Priority Mail Envelope, others larger orders, may ship via Priority boxes.
