SIZE DISCREPANCIES

Customers are responsible for inputting the correct sizing for the range selected. If the customer selects a range such as: 34 High x 44.1 - 48" Wide, then inputs 48 3/4" wide or 36" Tall the customer will be responsible for paying the cost difference in the price of the gate and the shipping before the item will be shipped.

HOW TO MEASURE

• Measure the exact width of your installation area (opening) for a precise fit.
• Choose your desired height, keeping in mind any potential obstructions and allowing for 1/2" clearance at the top and bottom of the gate.
• We'll tailor the gate to fit the exact width you provide – no need to add extra for clearance. Just ensure there are no obstacles that could interfere with your gate's operation.

THE MOCKUP PROCESS

We provide detailed mock-ups for all CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED orders via internal Messages (or email). If we don't hear back from you within 48 hours, we'll assume you're thrilled with the design and proceed with your order as presented. Please note that in such cases, we can't be held responsible for any errors.

Follow the same steps as above for each item. Be sure to input the proper personalization or customization details for each item if different.

While on our website you can utilize the personalization option to upload photos and other files in order to create a product that is truly your own. You will also be able to pick from our vast collection of fonts.
