REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Since the product offered by Crater Goods LLC are personalized or customized in nature Crater Goods LLL does authorize the return of our products, except in conformance of policies of social media outlets where our products may be sold. In these instances, we adhere to the policies set forth by said social media outlets. This is only applicable when payment was made directly through the social media outlets payment processing feature. If the social media outlet, or search aggregate simply forwards to our website for purchase, the original return policy is applicable.  Before any returns are excepted by Crater Goods LLC, prior contact with Crater Goods LLC must be made in order to discuss the reasons for the return. No returns will be excepted without this prior contact.

FORCED RETURNS

A force return is a return that has been sent from the customer without preauthorization. In the event that this happens, the customer will be contacted in order to facilitate payment of shipping back to the customer. If payment of shipping the product back to the customer is refused by the customer, the item will then be held as customer abandoned product and no refund will be issued.

SHIPPING DAMAGE (FROM CRATER GOODS LLC)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping damages or receiving the wrong product will be the only exception to our refund or exchange policies. Crater Goods LLC will be the sole decision-making entity in regard to the best solution for handling damages goods. 

SHIPPING DAMAGES (TO CRATER GOODS LLC)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping damages or receiving the wrong product will be the only exception to our refund or exchange policies. Damages to products during transit to Crater Goods LLC will be asset and costs associated with these damages will be subtracted from the refund amount.  Crater Goods LLC will be the sole decision-making entity in regard to the best solution for handling damages goods. 

EXCHANGES

In the event that your product has been damaged during shipping, or you have received the wrong product, Crater Goods LLC will offer an exchange for the correct product ordered. It is up to the customer to properly package the product received in such a way not to incur damage. A damaged product, or receiving the wrong product, will be the only exchanges offered by Crater Goods LLC. Customer will hold Crater Goods LLC harmless of any and all damages incurred during shipping back to Crater Goods LLC's manufacturing facilities. Damages during return shipping will be billed to the customers. 

REFUNDS

Crater Goods LLC does not offer refunds on purchased items through our website. However, to be in compliance with social media outlets policies on refunds, we will comply with their policies for items purchased directly through their payment processing feature. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

By purchasing any product from Crater Goods LLC, you agree to be bound by these policies you also agree not to try to work around these policies in any form.
