SHIPPING POLICY

Crater goods ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.cratergoods.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

GENERAL

Crater Goods creates each item on an on demand, as such we do not track stock availability. We fulfill orders upon completion of production. The time it takes to complete each item is based on current production schedules, complexity of items, and availability of materials. We try to make educated guesses as to the time each item takes to produce, but there are any number of variables that could change the production timeline. We reserve the right to adjust any production timeline without notice.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

RETURNS

RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND

Crater Goods does not accept returns due to change of mind.

WARRANTY

Products purchased via Crater Goods are sold as is, and Crater Goods does not stipulate any warranty claim.

DELIVERY TERMS

TRANSIT TIME DOMESTICALLY

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. Crater Goods does not guarantee delivery time as we do not control the daily business of shipping carriers. 

TRANSIT TIME INTERNATIONALLY

At this time, Crater Goods does not ship internationally.

DISPATCH TIME

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 5 days after production has been completed on each item. If you have ordered multiple items, the entire order will be dispatched once the final item has been completed.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. BOX SHIPPING

Crater goods will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

MILITARY ADDRESS SHIPPING

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

Crater Goods produces each item as it is ordered.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact the specified carrier for an update. Once an item leaves our facility, we no longer have the ability to control its travel. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to hold Crater Goods harmless in the event that a package does not arrive when exceeding forecasted time. 

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered next steps. Crater Goods 

DUTIES & TAXES

SALES TAX

Sales taxes may be applied in various instances, this depends on the state in which you are located and the laws in which govern our transactions with you. 

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Crater goods encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Crater goods at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus damages incurred during return shipping, and the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been started. We allocate funds, manpower, and hard goods to each product as orders are received. As such, once allocated refunds are no longer able to be requested for any reason. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

INSURANCE

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

PROCESS FOR PARCEL DAMAGE IN-TRANSIT

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim without exception.

PROCESS FOR PARCEL LOST IN-TRANSIT

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost without exception.
