Happiness is a Farm Rustic Sign

Using the proper production materials and methods are key to creating a product that stands the test of time. Many sign makers take shortcuts in order to increase their production throughput. We believe these sign makers do a disservice to the industry by bringing down the quality of products offered. So here, you won’t find signs that have been painted or stained, then layered with calendared vinyl to add the text or graphic. This will only cause upset customers in the long run when the graphic or text starts to peel causing the protective coating to crack and just look awful. 

Our signs are created by layering each and every color individually with each layer receiving a protective coating of polyurethane. Sure, this method increases the time it takes to produce each item. However, we find the extra effort to be very rewarding. Knowing that our customers will have their signs well after others have been discarded because the proper production methods and materials weren’t used gives the warm and fuzzies.

Note: This is a painted product, there are many variables that determine the color output for each product. One such variable is the color calibration of various screens, what looks to be very vibrant on our screen may look differently on yours. Due to this issue, the color on the item received may look differently than the item viewed on your screen. We will always do our best to ship the most vibrant and colorful product we can, just know that there is a possibility of color discrepancies.

HOW TO ORDER:

• If you want personalization, make certain to fill out those fields. If you do not want a custom or personalized product type NA in those fields.
• Upload any files you have that would assist us in making your item.

INTENDED USE:

These signs are made from Pine, which is a soft wood, and not the best suited material for outdoor use. It is suggested that these signs be used indoors only. If you are intent on using these signs outdoors, it is imperative that several layers of Spar Urethane be applied before playing this item in the elements. Spar Urethane can be found at many local stores for a nominal cost. 

HOW IT’S PACKED

We do our due diligence to make certain that each product processed makes it to its new home in the same condition that it left in. As such, we make certain that your product is packaged in such a way that it does not rattle around within the package, this could inadvertently cause damage. Smaller products may ship via padded envelopes, while other products may ship via shipping boxes.

CUSTOMIZATION:

We absolutely love customizing items for our customers. We do allow for slight modifications without incurring customization charges when changes are confined to the designs current production methods, materials, shape, and offered sizes. Once the changes go outside any of these confines changes will need to be quoted on a per item basis. 

RUSH ORDERS:

At Crater Goods we want all of our customers to know that they are receiving their orders in the order in a timely fashion. As such, we do not currently offer Rush Orders due to its inherent nature of delaying another customer's order. All orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received.
